Senior Associate Environmental Planner
Jonathan Hidalgo, AICP is a Senior Associate Environmental Planner at WRA, Inc. He has experience in the preparation of environmental review documents pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) and the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). He received his Master Degrees in City and Regional Planning and Public Policy with a concentration in environmental policy from California Polytechnic State University. Through his experience working with university design studios and government agencies, Jonathan has assisted with greenhouse gas inventories, Community Plan updates, General Plan updates and permit processing.
At WRA, Jonathan assists with the preparation of all types of CEQA and NEPA documents for both public and private sector clients, including initial studies, mitigated negative declarations, environmental assessments, EIRs, EISs, constraints analyses, technical background reports, and third party review.
Jonathan is the current President of the Association for Environmental Professionals (AEP) San Francisco Bay Area Chapter.
