Kirk Uhrlaub is the Contract Manager at WRA, Inc. Kirk is a graduate of UC Hastings College of the Law, where he focused on environmental, land use, and natural resources law. He has worked for various government offices, including the California Attorney General’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s Office, as well as private firms in the San Francisco Bay Area.
Prior to joining WRA, Kirk spent 12 years with an adventure travel company in San Francisco, where he served on the management team and led various departments during his tenure. He is experienced in managing contracts of varied types and complexity, and is skilled at analyzing and interpreting contract provisions and government regulations.
As the Contract Manager for WRA, Kirk reviews, negotiates, and manages agreements with both clients and sub-consultants. Concurrently, he evaluates contract-related risks and advises WRA staff on ways to mitigate such risk. Kirk also oversees WRA’s sub-consultant safety management program, manages WRA’s insurance program, and develops policies and trainings related to contracting best practices.
