WRA to Sponsor/Exhibit at TOGETHER Bay Area Spring Conference
WRA is a proud sponsor of the TOGETHER Bay Area Spring Conference scheduled for May 9-12, 2023. The event promotes collaboration and the sharing of information among all stakeholders to create a healthy and sustainable watershed for the community.
Everyone who works for climate resilience and social equity is encouraged to attend and participate! This year’s conference focus on three big topics: accessing public funding; increasing workforce development and career pathways; and building right relations between local Native American tribes and non-Native allies. As a large and diverse group of experts and learners, conference participants will discuss these issues, benefiting from each other’s unique perspectives, and advance our collective efforts.
Come meet our team of park and public access, ecological restoration, and community resilience experts at our exhibitor table on Day 2 of the conference, Wednesday, May 10 at the Craneway Pavilion in Richmond! Our team attending includes President & CEO Geoff Smick, Senior Landscape Architect Ingrid Morken, PLA, CERP, SITES AP, Senior Landscape Architect Russell Prange, PLA, Senior Public Access Planner John Baas, PhD, Public Access Planner Robin Graham, Senior Community Resilience Planner Molly Curley O’Brien, and Marketing Manager Angela Robinson.
