Experience Matters

Our designers have decades of experience, from restoring vernal pools to miles upon miles of river systems. But we’re never too old to learn new tricks! We’re regularly out on construction sites, so the feedback of what does and doesn’t work comes into our designs and continuously evolves. With this experience comes the confidence to educate inexperienced contractors when needed. And we recognize and draw on the knowledge of seasoned veterans to work towards the best possible ecological benefits of each project.

Construction Expertise:

• Full Construction Management – daily site inspections, contractor management, invoice reviews, change order and RFI reviews, progress meetings, daily reports and environmental compliance oversight.
• Construction Supervision – full implementation oversight, including grading, structure installation, soil management, seeding, planting and installation of erosion and sediment control measures.
• Construction Observation – periodic site inspections, meetings with clients and contractors ensuring design elements are constructed as intended.
• As-Built Reporting – logging design changes and compiling red-lined design plans for use in submitting as-builts to regulatory agencies, municipalities and clients.
