About Us

We’re here to make a positive lasting impression.

We Live our Vision Every Day

Our company Vision is “Cultivating a sustainable future where people and the environment thrive.” It is what gets us excited to be in the field amongst nature and working alongside our project partners to solve complex challenges. This purpose-driven roadmap supports our ability to provide net positive impact for our team members, projects and partners, and the communities in which we live, work, and play.

What Does Net Positive Impact Mean at WRA?

We strive to create sustainable opportunities and outcomes. We have a passion for contributing to projects that mitigate social inequities such as affordable housing and improving access to nature and recreational areas. We contribute to the fight against climate change with resilience to sea-level rise, wildfire, and flood events. We strive to develop creative solutions where we can demonstrate functional uplift in an ecological system or habitat.

Our Values are Part of our DNA

Collectively, we are purpose driven, socially responsible, and driving a net positive impact. Our core values are:

  • Responsive
  • Discerning
  • Ownership Mindset
  • Integrity
  • Collaboration

These represent a shared philosophy with which we work together, value one another, and make commitments. These attributes are part of our company culture DNA, creating an optimal experience for our team members and project partners alike.

Positive impact can manifest in many ways but there is net benefit for some aspect of the system that a project touches, whether environmental or societal. We also value the positive impacts our work has on our staff’s experience and development.

From a people perspective, the WRA Vision means creating a work environment and experience where staff have the ability to invest in both their career successes as well as their personal lives and goals.

Our company Vision allows me an opportunity to work on projects that matter to me. For example, restoration work is incredibly rewarding since it provides an opportunity to make a positive contribution for the future.
