WRA Congratulates 2024 New Shareholders
WRA is excited to announce the addition of seven new company shareholders in 2024: Hope Kingma, Aaron Sutherlin, Aaron Arthur, Bianca Clarke, Jason Yakich, Andrew Cawley, and Rei Scampavia.
WRA is a private entity (S-Corporation) and is proud of our legacy as an employee-owned company. The addition of these seven individuals to our group of shareholders combined with 13 existing shareholders increasing their level of ownership demonstrates the continued sustainability of our ownership transition strategy pioneered more than 15 years ago by company co-founder Mike Josselyn. It also enables employees to own a share of the company they work for every day, adding to our commitment to providing excellent service our project partners have come to rely on.
“The 2024 ownership transition cycle was especially meaningful to me with a large incoming class of new owners and many existing owners expanding their level of ownership which speaks volumes to their commitment to the company and our reputation,” said Geoff Smick, WRA Chief Executive Officer. “I continue to be honored and humbled to lead such a strong group of employee-owners, representing over one-third of our total staff! This is unique for companies of our size and structure and supports the company’s future sustainability.”
