WRA to Sponsor California Wildfire & Forest Resilience Task Force NoCA Regional Meeting

WRA is a proud sponsor of the California Wildfire & Forest Resilience Task Force Northern California Regional Meeting on October 5-6, 2023 in Redding, California. The meeting hosted in collaboration with Shasta College, North Coast Resource Partnership, and Napa and Tehama Resource Conservation Districts, will focus on landscapes and land management issues unique to northern California. The event aims to connect, commit to action, and collaborate on real solutions to the daunting challenges facing our landscapes and communities. The meeting will open with a Resource Fair showcasing local organizations at work in the region on day one followed by field tours on day two.

WRA has had a consistent presence at these task force meetings since in-person gatherings resumed in 2022. WRA Principal Nate Bello and Community Resilience Planner Cailin Notch will attend.
