WRA, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Pema Lin as Vice President, People Operations. Pema has more than 15 years of experience in recruiting and human resources (HR) across a variety of industries.

“I am happy to have Pema join our team,” said Geoff Smick, WRA Chief Executive Officer. “Not only is she highly knowledgeable in traditional HR skill sets that are important to our organization, but she also operates with strong compassion and caring for all team members. This creates a supportive environment for our staff and boosts morale, which is especially valuable during these unusual times. We are excited for Pema’s support to improve our already strong company culture.”

Pema’s professional career most recently included an HR management position for a start-up tech company. She was responsible for tripling the size of the company while also building out the company’s HR infrastructure and defining and developing the employee experience. Since I first heard about this company, it has been apparent what a special place it is and what a unique opportunity this is. I couldn’t be more thrilled to be part of the team,” said Pema.
