WRA’s Principal Ecologist Matt Richmond is part of a panel of experts participating in a workshop at the Electric Mountain Bike Summit hosted by PeopleforBikes in Lake Tahoe September 15, 2022 at 1:00pm.

The workshop, “Copacetic or Conflicting? Exploring trail user interactions through social science research” will discuss existing research and explore what new data should be collected to build eMTB access and reduce conflicts on multi-use trails. Matt will provide ecological insights as part of the panel.

The eMTB Summit is a gathering for industry leaders, land managers, and trail and bike advocates to discuss the future of eMTBs in the United States.

For more information, please see the event page or PeopleForBikes website. Matt would love to connect about eMTBs or public access topics!
