The Petersen Ranch Mitigation Bank, at over 4,000 acres, is the only bank in Los Angeles County, the largest wetland bank in the State of California, and one of the largest banks in the United States. The Bank is approved to provide mitigation for permitted impacts under US Army Corps of Engineers 404 permits, Regional Water Quality Control Board 401 certifications, and California Department of Fish & Wildlife 1600 agreements. It also provides CEQA/CESA mitigation for a wide variety of species and habitats.

The Soquel Canyon Mitigation Bank is a 300+ acre property located in San Bernardino and Orange counties. The Bank is approved to provide mitigation for permitted impacts under US Army Corps of Engineers 404 permits, Regional Water Quality Control Board 401 certifications, and California Department of Fish & Wildlife 1600 agreements. It also provides CEQA mitigation for a wide variety of species and habitats.
Ridge Top Ranch Wildlife Conservation Bank
The Ridge Top Ranch Wildlife Conservation Bank is a 745-acre conservation bank in Solano County, California. The Bank is approved by U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service for federally-listed species and their habitat: California red-legged frog (CRLF) and Callippe silverspot butterfly (CSB). The Bank can offer credits for both species as single or combination (dual) credits.
