Overview

Dr. John Baas is a Senior Open Space Planner and leads WRA’s public access team. He has 20 years of experience in park master planning and preparing environmental compliance documents for park and trail projects. He has prepared park master plans for city and county park systems throughout California, and has prepared trail plans for federal land management agencies in Nevada and Washington.
